There are always activities going on at Hope Lutheran Church for everyone to participate in. These events change monthly, so please check back to see what is happening now. For more information about any of these events or to sign up, please contact the church office at 501-982-1333.

Our Oktoberfest has come and gone for another year. What a fun day it was. See the snapshot page for the photos.
Also, the collection for personal care kits for the Lutheran World Relief has been completed and the kits delivered. This will be a ministry that will continue next year as well. See the pictures on the snapshot page.

NEW EVENTS

Children’s Hospital Toy Drive starts now. Please bring in new, unwrapped toys for children of all ages. The drop off day is December 12 for ACH Festival of Stars. Items can be purchased directly from Amazon under ACH wish list and shipped to ACH.

Tuesday, November 18 – LWML Women of Hope annual Soup Supper and meeting. Come for a dinner of soup, salad, and desserts. So many to choose from. It will be in the fellowship hall at 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, November 26 – Thanksgiving Eve Service at 7:00 p.m. We have so much to be thankful for as Christians. Come and join us in worship. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Saturday, November 29 – OMG! It is time to decorate for Advent and Christmas again. The great Hanging of the Greens begins at 9:00 a.m. This is a fun time when we all get a chance to help beautify our building for the season. It looks so inviting when it is done. The first Sunday of Advent is November 30.

Thursday, December 4 – The annual Christmas congregation dinner will be at BJ’s Restaurant on McCain in N. Little Rock at 6:00 p.m. Please sign up for this event so we provide an accurate count.

Saturday, December 6 – Pioneer Village in Searcy will have a “Old Fashioned Christmas” 10 – 3 p.m. Some of our members work with this organization and this is a family fun time to look back in time.

Sunday, December 7 – LWML Women of Hope Christmas Party after service. A luncheon and gift exchange.

Wednesday, December 24 – Christmas Eve Service at 7:00 p.m. This is the candlelight service with lots of Christmas Carols. Time to invite our family and friends.

Thursday, December 25 – Christmas Day Service at 9:30 a.m. Oh, such a beautiful service on the birth of Jesus Christ our Savior.

Wednesday, December 31 – New Year’s Eve celebration service at 7:00 p.m. No better way to start a new year. Come and join us.

Regularly Scheduled Bible Study

Bible Study — 9:00 am every Sunday. Come and join the study on Luther’s Small Catechism, donuts and coffee are provided.

Wednesday Zoom Bible Study — 9:00 am every Wednesday. Join the study of the Book of Concord.

Evening Bible study on the Book of Daniel on Wednesday 6:00 p.m.

Monthly men’s breakfast Bible study of the Book of Revelation meets the second Saturday of the month here at Hope fellowship hall at 8 a.m.
